UCOM business partners are candidates and doctors of legal sciences, they are directly involved in scientific activities and development of draft laws of the Russian Federation, they teach at higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation, the graduates of these institutions then choose to pursue a career in the judicial system and law enforcement agencies. UCOM partners participated in the creation of departments at the Russian State University of Justice (Chelyabinsk, the Ural Branch of the University), they teach in the Ural State Law University named after V. F. Yakovlev, Ural Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), they are authors and co-authors of books and research papers approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, they are recognized by the legal community of the Russian Federation and have recommendations from foreign rating periodicals. The lawyers' works are devoted to family law and inheritance law, bankruptcy of legal entities, labor law, copyright law and other branches of law. Some partners, having completed their careers in law enforcement agencies and the judicial system, have become attorneys and now cooperate with UCOM under a service agreement (the employment of an attorney is prohibited by law).
